– Fiber-optic communication lines (FOCL), including the international ITUR project (Italy-Turkey-Ukraine-Russia) in combination with residential and non-residential technical facilities.

– Creation of a new modern boarding house “Prestige” on the coast of the Azov Sea on an area of 7 hectares (land acquisition, design, construction and commissioning).
